A struggling disabled single mother of 4 chicago il

This by far has been the most difficult year for me and my children i have had 3 spine surgeries back to back in the last 6 months and currently fighting a bone infection which i dont know if i will be able to fight off.. i have 4 children 17male 13 male 7femlale and my 6 year old daughter has autism. I still have to get a spinal fusion ive had to be away from my children for months while having these surgeries. Ive had had to learn to walk again which at times i still cant get up. My 17 year old will be signing up to be in the U.S Army his main goal is to fight for our country but also wants his sibling and myself to be okay. I dont have a paticular wishlist anything helps even home neccesities we will be so greatful for whatever you chose to get us. thank you so much and i hope you Have a wonderful Holiday
