A warm coat for Xmas

I'm am requesting help for a 2 year old toddler boy and a 3 year old toddler girl as well as a 13 yr old girl who lost her biological mother last year. The two smaller children's father has mental health issues and has moved to another state with no forwarding adress . Please consider these kids for your program it would be amazing for them to get a few gifts . We live in new Holland Ohio and these winters can be very cold.
