Dear santa

Dear Santa,

We are a struggling family trying to make ends meet after losing a job we had for years. I have two amazing boys both in kidney disease stage two one 14 and one 4 my 4 year old has had to go under multiple surgery already one for his ears he's got hearing loss and one for his eyes he has to wear glasses. With all the doctors appointments I haven't been able to keep a job very long. My kids are very grateful for anything they get. My 14 year old is a medium in men's and his shoe size is an 8 he loves basketball and playing his game.he has a ps4. My 4 year old is into spider man paw patrol and papa pig. He's learning sign language and his colors and numbers. If anyone could help that would be amazing. Thank you
