Hi I am a father writing in hopes of getting some help. I found out when my back was hurting in December of last year that I needed to have several different surgeries to fix it. I have not been able to return to work and they are thinking that I might not be able to. It has been hard on my family on just one income but we are doing the best we can for the moment.
