Hello, I have been out of work per doctors orders for 5 months. I suffer from progressive Multiple Sclerosis, epilepsy, and more. I hurt myself and work then got diagnosed. My license was pulled and I am now waiting to hear from disability. I have 3 kids and would love to get them a gift. Anything is gratefully
