My husband was working doing marine construction and broke his heel bone (non work related) and hasn't been able to work for the last several months. He won't be able to work until he is finished with his treatment, which is another several months! His boss is holding his position for when he is able to return, thankfully! I am a stay at home mom so we have no income. We desperately need assistance for Christmas for our son, River, who will be 4 years old on Christmas. He also has a birthday coming up before Christmas, on November 17th, and I'm not quite sure how we're going to be able to afford that either!
