I writing this letter for my kids since 2020 I been strugguling to buy toys for my kids, I got pregnant on 2020 and my son born at 32 weeks he was diagnosted with esophageal atresia and tracheo esophogeal fistula due to his condition i'm not able to work, I have a 7 years old daugther and a 2 years old son. my daugther loves barbies and my son loves music toys
