(Lincoln Park, Michigan) Mom With Lupus And A Wonderful 10 year old son
Hello ,
Last year this time I wouldn't have imagined needing help. I was up late on the internet, and I found this site and figured that I would give it a shot. I have Lupus and it has been tough lately so my work hours aren't nearly as they were. This is a really stressful time for me, I do A LOT of worrying. Having to choose between keeping the utilities on and Christmas is emotionally crushing to say the least. My son is 10 and he gives me a reason to smile. He gets good grades, doesn't get into trouble and keeps me proud. His father passed away in March of stomach and prostate Cancer so he has been under the weather off and on but getting better. What a year! He says he is going to become a scientist so he can cure everyone in the world of everything. He is not a picky child at all and would appreciate any gift. It would mean the world if you would help him out this year. I made a list of things he wants and anything from the kindness of your heart is deeply appreciated even your prayers! (sorry for the edits I misplaced my glasses)
